Sinclair Properties is the longest established student Lettings Agency in York. Established in 2000, we have built up an enviable reputation for providing the highest standard student accommodation in York, coupled with an excellent level of service.

We specialise solely in providing the very best accommodation for students and academic staff. We employ 14 staff who are all trained and experienced in their respective areas of work, the majority of whom also being property landlords in their own right.

Sinclair Properties is accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) for lettings and property management and is registered under the new SAFEagent scheme. These accolades give peace of mind to both landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a company that agrees to meet professionally high standards of customer service, has separate audited 'client monies' bank accounts and has in place the necessary insurances to protect 'clients' monies.

Our owner, Niall McTurk, has been elected as the Chairman of the influential York Residential Landlords Association (York RLA) for the last 12 years. York RLA represents the interests of over 450 respectable landlords in the York area.
