Meet the Team
Jan Dodd - Maintenance Manager
Jan has been working in housing for 18 years now and joined Sinclair Properties in 2004. Jan manages our lovely Maintenance Team and is currently based at our office in Lord Mayor’s Walk.
She has three children, two who have just graduated, and one who has just finished a year in film and music.
In her free time, Jan enjoys reading, walking and relaxing in the sun. She is also a bit of an artist and does life drawing.
Jane Giles - Lettings Negotiator
Jane joined Sinclair Properties in 2008 (but had to look this up because time flies when you’re having fun!) and she organises and conducts viewings on all our properties.
Jane is married with two children and has just taken up skiing. Jane hopes to keep it up - or at least upright.
She also enjoys walking and going abroad as often as she can.
Paul Humphreys - Property Inspector
Niall McTurk - Managing Director
As our Managing Director, Niall knows the lettings business inside out. He has overall responsibility for the company and decides the business and marketing strategies each year.
Niall is married and has three children who have all been through university. He enjoys skiing and heads for the slopes - or a bar on the slopes - whenever he can.
Chrissie Sykes - PA to Managing Director
Chris Whitehead - Finance Clerk
Stuart Wilson - Lettings Manager
Stuart joined Sinclair Properties in 2006 and now manages the day to day running of the company. He is currently courting (his words not ours), and when he's not helping old women cross roads or volunteering at the soup kitchen, he can be seen taking to the rugby field.
In the office Stuart claims to be a player of near international standard, whereas in reality, playing for a local amateur team is closer to the mark.
