York Residential Landlords Association

We strongly recommend that all landlords consider joining York Residential Landlords Association (York RLA) in order to gain access to low cost property insurance, free tax investigation insurance and numerous other benefits.

The Managing Director of Sinclair Properties, Niall McTurk has been elected Chairman of York RLA every year, for the last ten years.

York RLA is a non-profit making organisation that offers 'a helping hand' to both new and experienced landlords. York RLA was established in 1994, now has over 430 members and enjoys an excellent relationship with City of York Council, North Yorkshire Police, North Yorkshire Fire Service and all of York's academic establishments.
