Our website shows all houses and rooms that we currently expect will become available ‘To Let’ in summer of 2012. Houses are not shown where tenants have confirmed their wish to stay on for a further academic year.

In the early part of 2012 the existing tenants of one or two additional tenants may confirm their wish to stay on in their properties and these properties will be removed from the website as and when this occurs.  However, more houses will be added to our website over the forthcoming months as we take on new properties.

To be fair to all, we will contact everyone who registers on our website strictly in the date order in which they registered to arrange a viewing on the house or houses of their choice.  This is done a week or two before the viewing dates shown below. 

When you register, it is helpful if you could note in the space provided, the addresses of the houses you wish to view and for the main contact person to know the availability of their housemates, before we contact you to arrange viewings.

  10 bedroom houses - Monday 16 January & Tuesday 17 January
• 8 bedroom houses - Monday 16 January
• 7 bedroom houses - Wednesday 18 January
• 6 bedroom houses - Thursday 19 January to Thursday 26th January
• 5 bedroom houses - Monday 30 January to Monday 6 February
• 4 bedroom houses - Monday 16 January onwards
• 3 bedroom houses - Thursday 9 February to Wednesday 22 February
• 2 bedroom houses - Wednesday 22nd February to Tuesday 28 February
• 1 bedroom houses - Wednesday 29 February to Friday 2 March
• Individual Rooms (for aged 21 and over) - Monday 5 March to Monday 19 March

It is very important that all the members of your group attend the viewing appointment when these have been arranged.  Those groups where every member turned up for a viewing will be at a distinct advantage over those who do not.
